BLACKWATER DIVIDEND PAYMENT DEFERRED Blackwater Mines, Limited, Reei'ton, advises that in view of the large expenditure necessary for the new mill, including a modern flotation plant now under construction, the dividend usually paid by the company in December has been deferred until the annual accounts are submitted to shareholders next. June. Consequent upon this decision Consolidated Goldfields (X.Z,), Limited, will not pay the. final dividend ordinarily distributed in December. „■ In December, 1906. Blackwater Mines paid an interim dividend of is a share with a final in June, 193~, of the same amount, making 10 per cent for the year, against 15 per cent in the previous year. The holding company.
