NOVEMBER RAINFALL
WAIKATO AVERAGE EXCEEDED [trom our own correspondent] HAMILTON, Wednesday Rain fell on only a few days in November and in a short period of wet weather the fall totalled 4.60 in., compared with 4.09 in., the average fall for November in Hamilton. Lengthy dry periods caused anxiety to farmers, but this anxiety has been dispelled by the heavy downpours last week, and the fine warm weather which has followed. The rainfall for the year to date has totalled 39.58 in. The average rainfall for a wholo year is 46.32 in.
