CONTROL OF LOCAL SALES AMENDMENT TO THE BILL INTRODUCTION THIS WEEK [BY TELEGRAPH —SPECIAL REPORTER] "WELLINGTON, Tuesday Extensions in the Government's plans for the marketing of primary products will be revealed in the Primary Products Marketing Amendment Bill, which will probably be introduced in the House of Representatives this- week. It is gathered that the bill will give legislative authority for the setting, up of the Interna' Marketing Division to control the local market, and it is also expected that power will be taken to regulate the marketing of honey and eggs. There is a possibility that fruit marketing, too, may enter into the new arrangements.
