GRANTS FOR SCHOOLS
ADDITIONS AND SITES WORKS IN AUCKLAND DISTRICT [BV TELEGRAPH —SPECIAL REPORTER] WELLINGTON, Thursday Further grants for school buildings and sites throughout the Dominion ha*s been approved by the Government, according to an announcement made today bv_thc Minister of Education, the Hon. P. Eraser. The new works authorised include the provision of two additional classrooms at tbe Dominion Road Terminus School, Auckland, the acquisitoin of a new site for the secondary department at the Opotiki District High School and tfie addition of a new open-air classroom and a teacher's residence at the Tahuroa School, near Morrinsville.
