SPORTS DICTATOR
NEW ITALIAN DECREE HOME. Nov. 23 A "sports dictatorship" has been established in Italy under a decree by Signor Starace, secretary of the Fascist Party, that the Italian Olympic Federation shall control all sporting organisations. As Signor Starace is president of the federation, the decree makes him sports dictator.
