THEFT OF CLOTHING
PROBATION FOR YOUNG MAN [from our own correspondent] HAMILTON, Monday Found in Hamilton wearing a suit of clothes and a shirt which he had stolen in Auckland, Ronald Arthur Hassell, aged 21, pleaded guilty before Mr. S. L. Paterson, S.M., in the Hamilton Police Court to-day to the theft of a suit, a shirt and a wallet, valued at £7, the property of Richard Ingram Clcgg, of Auckland. Accused was placed on probation for two years, a condition being that he paid tho owner of tho stolen goods £1 damages.
