THREAT OF VIOLENCE
RUMANIAN IRON GUARD FORMER FOREIGN MINISTER BUCHAREST, Nov. 19 Thousands of copies of a manifesto threatening violence to M. Titulescu, former Rumanian Foreign Minister, have been distributed at the university by members of the Iron Guard. Their action follows an announcement that M. Titulescu is returning from abroad to resume his seat on the University Senate and his professorship of law.
