The London results so far denote few changes in the political control of the councils.

DEFEATED (Received November 3, 11 p.m.) LONDON, Nov. 3 The outcome of the municipal elections is that the Labour Party has again improved its position in London whore for the next three years it will control 17 out of 28 metropolitan boroughs, but it has lost seats on the balance in the country. The reverses were heaviest in the north of England. Forty-nine Fascists contested seats in the country and 10 in London. All were defeated. Only one Communist was returned.
