VICAR'S STIPULATION PLAY ON CHURCH COURTS PRIOR ATTENDANCE AT SERVICE [by telegraph—OWN correspondent] CAMBRIDGE, Tuesday Permission for members to play on the courts on Sundays was given by the vicar, the Rev. C. W. Chandler, in declaring St. Andrew's Tennis Club open for the season.
