BROADCASTING PLAYS
PRODUCER APPOINTED [BY TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION] W ELLINGTON. Tuesday It is announced that Mr. B. V. Beeby, of Christehurch, has been appointed producer of radio plays for the National Broadcasting; Service. Mr. Beeby is producer for the Canterbury Repertory Theatre Society. He has had considerable experience as a producer for professional companies as well as experience as an actor. The radio side of his work has included the production of plays for 2BL and 2FC. Sydney. He is producer for the Austral Players at 3YA, Christehurch.
