CHAIRMAN'S RETIREMENT

[from OCR owx correspondent] HAMILTON, Sunday Appreciative reference was made to the work of Mr. S. B. Sims, chairman of the Hamilton Technical High School Board of Managers, at the annual meeting, when Mr. Sims intimated his intention of retiring after four years' service. Several members referred to Mr. Sims' tact and courtesy. Mr. Carrick Nisbet was elected to fill the vacancy.
