COMPENSATION CLAIM
ACTION BY WATERSIDER COURT RESERVES DECISION The hearing of a. claim for compensagon by a waterside -worker, Harry ftjjle, -which was adjourned by the Arbitration Court three weeks ago, tss continued yesterday. The plaintiff, Trio was represented by Mr. Sullivan, diiiied that his heart had been jfoajned while he was engaged in loadjag drums of tallow on the Monterey ca October 37, 1936. He alleged that }«vas still disabled, and as his average «ekly wages had been £6 8s sd, he chimed compensation at the rate of y weekly to the present date, and scti other relief as the Court might Aiok proper. , The defendant, Leonard and Dingley, 'limited (Mr, Hore), who had emIpjoyed him, denied that his incapacity ma due to injury or accident within tie; meaning of the Workers Com pension Act, and said it was due to Jaess in no wiso connected with the jerident. Five medical witnesses were examined regarding the condition and bebiour of the plaintiff's heart. lie Court reserved its decision.
