WELLINGTON HOSPITAL DECISION TO PROCEED MARGIN OF THREE VOTES [BY TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION] WELLINGTON, Wednesday By 10 votes to seven the Wellington Hospital Board decided to-night to proceed with the full scheme for erecting new hospital buildings, estimated to cost £723,000, compared with an estimate of £600,000 when the proposals were first considered.
