SPANISH LANGUAGE
TUITION IN GERMANY THE SECONDARY SCHOOLS (Received October 13, 5.5 p.m.) BERLIN, Oct. 12 The Minister of Education, Dr. Rust, announces that Spanish henceforth will be treated on an equality with the French and Italian languages in German secondary schools, whele the students must learn two foreign languages. English remains compulsory.
