A NEW GOVERNMENT Now Zealand was waiting half a century ago for a new Ministry to be formed after the defeat at the general election of the Stout-Yogel administration. Nothing has transpired as to his proceedings and h<* declines to give any information whie would enable one to guess at the pro ability of his success. There is a go" deal of interest felt in Wellington in t meeting which will bo held to-daj Parliament Buildings. It will consist the most influential memb rs or bo Houses of the Legislature. Major Atkinson still believes he can tonn a v me '* ment which, according to t " rn f0 standards, would be considered , have all the elements of strength stabilitv."
