BACK INCOME TAX
SUIT AGAINST GANGSTER ■ (Received September 28. 5.5 p.m.) * ' CHICAGO. Sept. 27 The Government is beginning a suit to collect back income tax amounting to 270,000 dollars from A 1 Capone. This sum, it is contended, should have been paid from 1924 to 1929, when Capone was the greatest power in gangland.
