BOY FILM ACTOR

FURTHER LEGAL SUIT ALLEGED FRAUD BY AUNT (Receired September QB, 5.5 p.m.) LOS ANGELES, Sept. 27 A new complication has been added to the troubles of Freddie Bartholomew, the boy film actor.. His parents have petitioned the Superior Court to , set aside the adoption proceedings whereby the lad's Aunt Mvllicent became the legal guardian of the boy. They allege that the adoption was fraudulently obtained. The charge of fraud is based on a letter which the lad's Aunt Myllicent is alleged to hare written to Freddie's father promising to surrender the boy to his parents upon six months' notice. The parents' petition states that the Court by which the adoption order was granted was not informed of this letter.
