In addition to international affairs there is a heavy agenda of domestic matters in view of the opening of Parliament 011 October 25. Practically all the Ministers will have returned to . London this week. Tho Prime Minister, Mr. Chamberlain,, who spent the week-end at Chequers; returned to Downing Street to-day.
