After a week-end in port for coaling and provisioning the Admiralty survey shin Endeavour will leave for Hauraki Gulf this morning. The Nobcls Explosives Company's auxiliary ketch Miro arrived from Dunedin yesterday afternoon and berthed at Kings Wharf to discharge. With general southern cargo, the Union Company's motor-ship Waiana reached port vesterday morning and berthed at Prince s Wharf. She will leave for the south on Friday afternoon. The Watchlin Line motor-ship Port Waikato. at Central Wharf, will now sail for Wellington at noon to-morrow. The Fort Whangarei should leave Wellington to-daj for Auckland, where she is due on 1" rioay. The Northern Company's motor-vessel Ronaki, which was barbound at Hokianga, left at 11 o'clock yesterday morning for One* hunga, where she is expected about seven o'clock this morning. She will leave at two o'clock this afternoon for Raglan and Kawhia. ESSEX FOR LONDON The Federal Line motor-ship Essex should sail this afternoon for London, via Cape Horn. She is at Queen's "Wharf. THE TROJAN STAR For London, via Panama, the Blue Star Line steamer Trojan Star cleared Auckland at 10.40 last night. CITY OF WINCHESTER

The A. and A. Line steamer City of Winchester, which is discharging New\ork cargo at Central Wharf., is expected to sail this afternoon for Wellington. THE TANKER HAVKONG The new Norwegian tanker from San Francisco, with petrol for the Oil Company, should .arrive to-morrow or Thursday. She will discharge at Western Wharf. AWATEA IN PORT The Union Company's transtasman liner Awatea arrived from ..Sydney abont 11 o'clock vesterday morning and berthed at Queen's Wharf. She will leave on her return at five o'clock on Friday afternoon THE PORT NICHOLSON To continue discharge of cargo from Canada, the M.A.N.Z. Line .steamer Port Nicholson is expected to sail this evening for Wellington. The Port Mcholson is discharging at Queen's Wharf.

MATUA ..FROM SUVA The Union Company's motor-shin Matna left Apia for Suva on Sunday afternoon. She will sail from Suva on Thursday for Auckland and Wellington. The Matua is scheduled to arrive here on Monday. SUSSEX REPORTS On her first voyage from Liverpool to New Zealand the Federal Line's new motorship Sussex has reported by wireless that she will arrive here to-morrow afternoon. The Sussex will berth at Queen's Wharf. PORT i BRISBANE DELAYED The Port Lino steamer Port Brisbane has been delayed in loading in the sonth by rough weather and is now not expected here before October 7. Shi! should (cave on October 11 for London and West Coast ports, via Cape Horn and Montevideo. THE JAMES COOK On completion of discharge of general Australian cargo at Prince's Wharf the Sleigh Line steamer James Cook will load timber. She is expected to clear port at noon tomorrow for Vanikoro, Santa Cruz Islands where she will load logs for Melbourne. MOTOR-SHIP LIMERICK En route from the Pacific Coast to Auckland, the Union Company's motor-ship Limerick was expected at Aitutaki yesterday. She is scheduled to clear Rarotonga to-morrow for Auckland, where she should arrive, about next Tuesday. ardenvohr to load The M.A.N.Z. Line motor-ship Ardenvohr. which is loading for New York, Boston and Montreal, will leave Wellington to-day for Auckland. She should arrive on Thursday morning and bo despatched finally on Saturday. MIDDLESEX DISCHARGING With general cargo, the Federal Line steamer Middlesex arrived from Liverpool yesterday morning and moved to the Motuihi anchorage to discharge explosives. She is expected to berth this afternoon at Prince's Wharf. COLUMBIA FROM NA'JRU Another voyage from Nauru Island is being made by jthe Danish motor-ship Columbia, which left on Friday with SOSO tons of phosphates for Auckland, whero she is expected on Sunday. The Columbia will return to Nauru after discharge. THE CHIFUKU MARU For loading during: discharge, the Yamashita Risen Kaisha steamer Chifuku Maru arrived from Miike, Japan, yesterday afternoon and berthed at Kings Wharf. The Chifuku Maru is expected to sail on Thursday evening for Wellington. She will also visit L.vttelton. Wanganui and Dunedin and return to Lyttelton ,to load finally, leaving for Japan on October 20.
