Dr. F. C. Sinclair, of Dunedin, arrived in Auckland yesterday and is at Hotel Stonehurst.
Mrs. K. Cameron, of Dunedin, is the guest of Mrs. G. F. Inglis, Sylvan Avenue, Mount Eden.
Mrs. Arthur Skinner, of Tauranga is spending a few days with Mrs. C. A Hughes, Bell Road, Remuera.
Mrs. J. S. McClune and Miss V. M McClune, who have been visiting Auck land, will return to Waitakaruru, Hau raki Plains, to-day.
At the Station Hotel are Mrs. C. J. Williams and Miss Dorothy Astor (Hamilton), Mrs. Mulholland tings) and Mrs. Stead (Cliristchurch).
Mrs. Stanley Brown, president of the Invercargill branch of the National Council of Women, arrived in Auckland yesterday and is at Hotel Stonehurst.
Mrs. It. Addison returned by the Awatea yesterday from Sydney and left by the afternoon express for Palmerston North, where Mr. Addison is a patient in a private hospital.
Miss F. E. Cooper, a Christchurch delegate to the Dominion conference of the National Council of Women, arrived in Auckland yesterday and is staying at the Central Hotel.
Dr. Siedeberg AlcKinnon and Miss Sherriff, of Dunedin, arrived in Auckland yesterday, where they will remain during the Dominion conference of the National Council of Women.
Staying at the Central Hotel are Mrs. H. Powell and Mrs. Abby White Sydney), Mrs. Maxwell Walker (Wellington) Mrs. W. G. Fernie (Wanganui) and Miss E. O'Neil (Hamilton).
Miss C. Olive Rich, who has been visiting Wellington, has returned to Auckland, and will leave on I'riday by the Awatea for Sydney. After a short time in Australia she will visit bouth Africa and England.
Mrs. M. J. Forde, of Wellington, Dominion secretary of the Nationa Council of Women, arrived in Auckland last evening and is staying at tue Station Hotel. Miss Al. Trent, a delegate from Christchurch, is also at the Station Hotel.
Miss C. E. Kirk, Dominion president of'the National Council, of Women, who has come to Auckland to preside at the annual conference of the council, is staying at the Y.W.C.A hostel. Iwo Dunedin delegates, Mrs. Orton and Miss Sullivan, are also at the hostel.

Airs C Al. Alalfrov, of Wellington, and her husband, have looked return passages by the Ormonde, and they expect to arrive in New Zealand m December. They spent most of July and August on the Continent, touring in Sweden, Belgium, France, Germany and Holland. After a short stay in London, Mr. and Mrs. M.l ro.v *,ll ® to Cambridge to stay with Mr. and Alts. J. O. J. Alalfrov and their little daughter.
Mrs. D. H. Vaughan, of Auckland, has been on an extensive tour of England, Wales and Scotland, '"'til her brother, Mr. Alan Gillespie, who has a civil engineering position with the Ministry of Transport, wrote our London correspondent on September o. She also has been to Pans with her son, Terence, who is at the Academy of Music, and has now taken a flat" near Oxford Street. Mrs. Vaughan is helping Madame Lauri Alwvn with her health culture work for the National Health Culture Association.
