TELEPHOTO ACHIEVEMENT
ENTIRE ISSUE OF JOURNAL EXPERIMENT IN RUSSIA (Received September -0, 11.:J0 p.m.) MOSCOW, Sept. 19 An entire issue of the newspaper Izvestia has been transmitted by telephoto process to Novo Sibir.sk, in Central Siberia, where the type was set locally, enabling publication simultaneously with that in Moscow. It is planned to extend the transmissions as far as Vladivostok.
