ADDRESS BY MR. D. M. RAE •'Globe Trotting as a Factor in Education" was tho subject of an address delivered by Mr, D. M. Rae. principal of the Auckland Training College, to members of tho Auckland district branch of the New Zealand Institute of Public Administration in the Chamber of Commerce last night. Mr. Rae spoke on various educational experiments he had scon in many of the countries in which he had travolled, in particular tho United States, Germany and Denmark. The speaker also described the influence of social problems as they affected educational work in these countries. One of the most interesting experiments witnessed by" Mr. .Rae was Dr. Peter Manniche's international folk high school at Elsinore, Denmark, ■which was attended by people from all parts of the world.
