APPLICATION FAILS
ARTICLE IN NEWSPAPER ALLEGED CONTEMPT OF COURT ' SYDNEY, July 31 The Full Court of the Supreme Court to-day dismissed, with costs, an application by Beaumont Tudor Shiels that the proprietors and publisher of Smith's Weekly should be dealt with for alleged contempt of Court for having published an article likely to prejudice the fair trial of an action begun by him against Lady Kingsford Smith, executrix of the will of the late Sir Charles Kingsford Smith.
