AUSTRALIA'S BIG TOTAL CANBERRA. July 29 In all 1345 people were killed and 22,131 injured in traffic accidents in Australia in 1936. There were 47,000 traffic accidents. The number of motor vehicles in Australia increased by about 55,000 last year, the total number registered at the end of the year being 742,866.
