SERVICE TO AFRICA (Received July 27. 0.5 p.m.) British Wireless RUGBY. July 20 During the four weeks in which the Empire air mail scheme has been in operation, more than 20 tons of letters, letter packets and postcards have been carried by Empiro flying-boats of Imperial Airways, Limited, to East and South Africa.
