ST. JOHN AMBULANCE

, THE NURSING DIVISION ,' INSPECTION BY COMMISSIONER There was a good muster of members of the National Reserve Nursing Division of the St. John Ambulance Brigade for the annual inspection conducted hv the commissioner, Mr. C. J. 'funks', yesterday. He was accompanied by the district officers, Messrs. F. J. Hutchinson, U. Hitchon and the corps officers, Mesdames Caminell and McDowell. An interesting lecture on his experiences at the Coronation was given by Mr. A. S. Wilkinson, district superintendent of the New bouth W ales district of the brigade in Australia. He also referred to the jubilee of the brigade celebrated in Hyde Park, when the Queen took the salute and conducted the inspection. Mr. Wilkinson visited the ambulance station at Rutland Street and commented on the efficiency of the organisation.
