PARTITION OPPOSED SYRIAN NOTE OF PROTEST DAMASCUS, July 22 The Syrian Government has addressed a Note to the French High Commissioner expressing tho public's unanimous disapproval of the Palestine dismemberment scheme which, it says, bears the seeds of insurmountable difficulties. The Government asks that the Note be forwarded to the League of Nations.
