FAREWELL GATHERING At a largo gathering of tho St. George's branch of tho Mothers' (Jnion in the Parish Hall on Thursday afternoon, a farewell was given to Mrs. J. L. Litt who will loavo on a visit to England by the llotorua. In making a presentation to her of a handsome suede travelling bag and cushion, Mrs. H. B. Morton expressed tho sympathy of the members to Mrs. Litt in tho loss of her sister, and convoyed their wishes for a good voyage and a restful holiday.
