JAPANESE ECONOMIC MISSION (Received July 9, 5.5 p.m.) LONDON, July 8 The Japanese economic mission opened its conversations to-day with British business men. The meeting, of which Lord Barnby was chairman, discussed the question of improving trado between the two countries.
