A General Rate of Three and seveneighths of a penny (3%d) in the pound. 2. A Special Rate of Threepence halfpenny (3'/ad) in the pound, to provide interest and sinking- fund ou loans totalling £58,200. 8. A Separate Rate of Seven-eighths of a fienny (%d) in the pound to provide the evy made by the Auckland Hospital and Charitable Aid Board. A Water F.ate:— (a) In respect of the ordinary supply upon all lands and buildings to which water is supplied, a rate of One-twenty-fifth of a penny in the pound, with a minimum charge of ten shillings. (b) Non-consumers' Rate upon all lands and buildings to which water can be but is not supplied, situate within one hundred yards from any part of the water works, a rate of One-fiftieth of a penny in the pound, being one half of the above-mentioned rate, with a minimum charge of five shillings. 8. A Special Rate of One-sixteenth of a penny in the pound upon the Unimproved Value of all rateable property in the Pap'atoetoe Ha|l Loan Special Rating Area. 0. A Special Rate of One-sixteenth of a penny in tho pound upon the Unimproved Value of all rateable property in the Tamaki Road Loan Special Rating Area. 7. A Special Rate of One farthing in the pound upon the Unimproved Value of all rateable property in the Mangere Road Loan Special Rating Area.
