THE BUREAU SYSTEM WELLINGTON POSTPONEMENT [BY TELEGRAPH—PRESS ASSOCIATION] WELLINGTON, Tuesday The opening of the bureau system of engaging labour on the Wellington waterfront has again been postponed for a week, and accordingly a start will not be made with the system tomorrow, as intended last week. This postponement is necessitated by some internal matters still requiring attention.
