AMERICA'S BURDEN
HUGE PUBLIC DEBT
(Received June 30, 5.5 p.m.) WASHINGTON, June 20 President Roosevelt to-day issued a
budgetary statement showing that the public debt to-morrow will total 36,400,000,000 dollars. The 1937 deficit will be 2,670,000,000 dollars.
