COMMUNITY SUNSHINE

NORTH SHORE BRANCH The June meeting of the North Shore branch of the Community Sunshine Association was held in the Methodist Church hall, recently, Mrs. A. Bloinficld presiding over a good attendance. The Johnny-mite box convener, Mrs. Bioletti, stated that the amount from the boxes was now £2 5s Bd. Members unanimously agreed that a resolution of thanks should be passed to all the managers of the firms and other business houses, where the boxes were left, for their help in assisting the branch with its efforts in carrying out the work of the association. A gift fund was inaugurated by the members. Afternoon tea was served by Mrs. Alhvood and Mrs. Coultas.
