Charged with the theft of. an overcoat valued at £3, William Henry Gardiner, labourer, aged 24, appeared before Mr. Wyvorn Wilson, S.M., in the Police Court yesterday, and, was remandod until Juno 7. Bail was fixed at £lO. Edgar William Moore, farm hand, aged 19, who appeared on remand for sentence for the theft of a pair of trousers, valued at 2os, was admitted to two years' probation.
