EARL OF PLYMOUTH
GOODWILL MISSION VISIT TO NORTHERN STATES British Wireless RUGBY, May 27 The Earl of Plymouth will leare London to-morrow morning by aeroplane on a mission described as one of goodwill to the northern countries. He will be due that evening at Helsingfors where he' will spend two days. Afterward he will visit Fallina, Kovno and Riga and return to London on June 4. The visits originated in an invitation from the Finnish Government in return for Field-Marshal Baron Mannerlieim's visit to England last September. It is understood that in the absence of Lord Plymouth in the Baltic States Captain Euan Wallace, secretary to the Department of Overseas Trade, will "act as chairman of the Non-intervention Committee.
