THE NAVAL SITUATION ADDRESS BY FIRST LORD British Wireless RUGBY. May 20 The principal delegates to the Imperial Conference met for the seventh time at No. 10. Downing Street, today, Mr. Baldwin presiding. The First Lord of the Admiralty, Sir Samuel Hoare, spoke on the naval situation, and after further discussion the meeting was adjourned until tomorrow morning. It is expected that at that meeting the delegates will begin a review of economic questions in relation to tho Empire
