POWERS WARNED HANDS OFF STATES % COMMON FBONTIEB BERLIN AND BOME TURKEY'S MESSAGE By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright (Received May 27, 7.11 p.m.) ATHENS, May 27 The P resident of Turkey, Kemal Ataturk, telephoned a message to the guests at a banquet in Athens given in honour of the visiting Turkish Premier, General Inonu. Kemal Ataturk warned the powers to keep their hands off the Balkan Pact States. He said: "The fron-. tiers of the allied Balkan States form a single frontier and those having aims on them will expose themselves to the rays of a burning gun. They should take care." The Balkan Pact States are, Turkey, Greece. Rumania and Yugoslavia. Kemal Ataturk's warning, it is pointed out, reflects their determination not to be made the 'object of the policies of Berlin and Rome.
