SOCIAL AT TAKAPUNA

To augment parish funds, an enjoyable social evening was arranged by the Children of Man Soladity, Takapuna, and held in the Auckland Gas Company's rooms, on Wednesday. Dancing, competitions and various card games were enjoyed. Air. E. Aloore was in charge of floor arrangements, and music was supplied by Airs. D. AI. Lawrence, extras being played by Air. Z. White. The prize-winners for the evening were: —Mrs. Scanlan, Mrs. A. Scvi, Aliss Sevi, Aliss .T. Swan, Aliss P. Hall, Aliss V. Thomson, Air. G. Mallett, Air. Lvons, Mr. AVilletts, Air. T. Nagle.
