VISITOR TO DOMINION [BY TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION] WELLINGTON, Tuesday An arrival on the Wanganolla today was Captain R. England, who was second in command of the Morning when it was here in 1920 as the relief ship of Scott's Antarctic expedition. He was later here as next in command to Shackleton in the Nimrod. He represents large English transport interests, and his visit is in connection with business.
