MRS. SIMPSON'S DECISION
MAIDEN NAME RESUMED LEGAL CHANGE ANNOUNCED (Received May 11, 6.15 p.m.) TOURS, May 10 A message from Monte states that Mr. Herman Rogers announces that her lawyers had advised Mrs. Simpson that a legal decision to-day effects a change of' her name to Wallis Warfield, her maiden name.
"Mrs % Wallis Warfield will no longer use the name of Simpson, and does not wish to .be so called," said Mr. llogers. He added that on May 17 at the latest the Duke of Windsor would make a definite announcement regarding the date of the wedding.
