MOTORIST ACQUITTED [BY TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION'] DUNEDIN, Tuesday In the Supreme Court to-day, before Mr. Justice Kennedy, the case was continued in which Bernard Walter Tremaine was charged that, while intoxicated in charge of a motor-car and by an act or omission in relation thereto. he caused bodily injury, and also with negligent driving so as to cause injury. Tho jury returned a verdict of not guilty
