TWO FOREIGN AGENTS LONDON, May 9 Secret Service men on duty on the battleship Nelson, lying off Southend, which was open to visitors as part of the Coronation celebrations, noticed on board two men whom they recognised as foreign agents. After an interview in tho captain's cabin, they were politely ushered ashore. J
