BRITISH TRADITION
DOMINIONS AS HEIRS AUSTRALIA AND NEW ZEALAND (Received May 10, 6.37 p.m.) LONDON, May 10 The Archbishop of Perth, Dr. H. F. Le Fanu, in an address at St. James' Church, Paddington, said Australia and New Zealand, more than any of the other Dominions, were the heirs overseas of British blood and tradition. Australians might not like Englishmen as much as they should, but they did like England and English ways. Chance might make the Pacific the centre of human progress, then Australia I and New Zealand would" stand for English tradition, which was tremendously valuable to humanity.
