THE LEGAL DEFINITION [BY TEL KG HA I'll —IMtKKK ASSOCIATION] WELLINGTON, Monday The opinion that premises consisting of combined shop and dwelling house are a dwelling within the meaning of the Fair Rents Act, 1936, was given by Mr. Luxford, S.M., in a reserved judgment delivered to-day. The magistrate adjourned the case in order to try the issue whether or not the premises are used exclusively or principally for business purposes.
