The route from the western suburbs will be via Karangahape Road and Pitt Street, turning into Grey's Avenue or Cook Street. In the event of wet weather, and the probability under these circumstances of the streets not being- congested" by pedestrian traffic, cars will be permitted to deposit guests in front of •' the Town Hall.
