DRAFT CONSTITUTION
IRISH FREE STATE STATUS OF CITIZENS ABROAD LONDON, May « Mr. do Valera has forwarded to London and to the Dominions a draft of the proposed new Irish Constitution, which will be discussed at the Imperial Conference. The British Government has tentatively examined the document and considers that the status of Irish citizens in Britain and the Dominions will at present be unchanged because the Constitution will not be operative until it is discussed in the Dail, and after that submitted to the electors for j approval.
