MOTOR-CYCLE NOTES

PILLION TRIAL TO-MORROW

The last motor-cycling event to be held under the auspices of the Auckland Motor Cycle Club before the season closes on May 21 will be a pillion trial to Helensville to-morrow. Riders will leave from the clubrooms in Grey Street at 10.30 a.m. Five entries have so far been received' for the attack to be made on the New Zealand Motor-cycle Beach record at Muriwai shortly. The riders who have expressed their intention of attempting to better the record are: N. Warry (Norton), D. McDonagh (Excelsior), H. Matthews (Rudge), J. Phillips (Rudge), W White (Velocette).
