AWARD BY THE JURY LEGAL POINTS RESERVED [BT TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION] WELLINGTON, Thursday A jury in the Supreme Court to-day awarded • £SOO general and £165 18s special damages to John Corcoran, who claimed £ISOO general and £222 8s special damages from George Hindle for injuries suffered in a collision between plaintiff's motor-cycle and defendant's car in Kelburn last November. A motion for judgment for plaintiff and a motion seeking judgment for defendant, or, alternatively, a new trial, were reserved by Mr. Justice Smith for argument.
