LOWER FREIGHT RATES
AUSTRALIA TO BRITAIN SYDNEY, May <» The acting-Prime Minister, Dr. Earlo Page, announced that shipping freights on a number of Australian exports to Britain would be reduced, and the consequent saving to primary producers would be £500,000 a year for three years. Dr. Pago said he hoped to give details within the next few days.
