ACCIDENT AT PAPAKURA CONDITION FAIRLY SERIOUS While riding; her bicycle southern boundary of the Papaktira . township shortly after 6 o'clock last evening. Hazel Matika. aged Tl, lives with her uncle. Mr. Henry Matika. - at Drury, was struck by a motor-car anil vuH'ered head injuries, concussion . and abrasions to the chest. Aftei bii"„ attended by Dr. Warren Young, of Papakura. the girl was-taken in a St. John ambulance to the .Auckland H° ■ pital. Her condition was stated las night to bc> fairly serious.
